SAoO 2021

Registration is now closed

All participants who have registered until 5 March 2021 at 18:00 CET and paid their registration fees in full have received their access instructions for the Virtual Congress Platform.

Registered participants have full access to the platform with all congress content until 6 June 2021, 23:59 CET.

All participants receive a satisfaction survey on Monday, 8 March 2021 by email. Once the survey is completed, a certificate of attendance will automatically be issued and sent by email to the participant.

The certificate of attendance includes the following information regarding the Credits for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME):

The 5th Congress of the Swiss Academy of Ophthalmology (SAoO 2021 Virtual), Online, 03/03/2021-05/03/2021, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 16 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. The ECMEC®s are awarded on the basis of 1 ECMEC® for one hour (60 minutes) of educational activity with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day.

The Swiss Society of Ophthalmology (SSO) and SIWF recognise the credits awarded by the EACCME.

Accreditation by the EACCME means that the CME/CPD activity provided is of high scientific value, is free of commercial bias and promotes active adult learning.

Should you have any questions regarding your participation, please do not hesitate to contact us via SAoO@mci-group.com.
